DC-CAP is here to help with any questions you may have! The DC-CAP High School Advisors are committed to working with students, parents, and school staff to make college a reality for our program participants and scholarship applicants.  All registered DC-CAP high school students have a High School Advisor assigned to them based on their high school of attendance.
