Help Make College a Reality for DC Students!
The District of Columbia College Access Program (DC-CAP) is dedicated to eliminating the higher education achievement gap for DC students. We do so by equipping them for college and career success by helping them access and attain meaningful college education credentials with little to no debt.
DC-CAP’s main scholarship offering provides each eligible scholarship recipient with $4,000 a year for up to five years. We offer approximately 400 new scholarships a year to graduating high school seniors.
A donation of $4,000 will help a student with another year of college and a donation of $20,000 will help that student finish college in five years.

This policy applies to all information received by DC-CAP both online and offline on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the DC-CAP website and mobile applications), as well as any electronic, written or oral communications. To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
