Capital One

Capital One is a diversified bank that offers a broad array of financial products and services to consumers, small businesses and commercial clients.  A Fortune 500 company, Capital One has one of the most widely recognized brands in America.  As one of the nation's top 10 largest banks based on deposits, Capital One serves banking customers through branch locations primarily in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Capital One Partnership Summary

  • DC-CAP and Capital One began its partnership in 2004.
  • Capital One's initial investment involved making sure DC-CAP students not only graduate from high school, but that they also graduated from college.
  • Capital One's investments have consisted of financial and in-kind contributions to DC-CAP. They helped DC-CAP rebrand itself by developing the existing logo that is used on many of our print materials.  They also helped develop the 7 and 10 year reports, brochures, business cards and letterhead.
